Job Summary

Perform and report non-destructive testing (UT, RT, PT, MT, ET) on manufactured and in-service components, ensuring they meet quality standards. Conduct inspections at customer sites as needed, document results in line with procedures, and maintain personnel records to support qualification renewal. Support customers as a technical point of contact, help the sales team with technical discussions, and acquire additional NDT qualifications as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform, interpret, and report NDT inspections (UT, RT, PT, MT, ET) on manufactured or in-service components against quality standards.
•Visit customer sites to undertake inspection work as required, including potential overnight work.
•Document test results in writing in accordance with associated procedures.
•Maintain personnel records of NDT work undertaken to evidence experience during qualification renewal.
•Act as a customer point of contact for ongoing requirements and support sales with technical discussions.

Key Requirements

•Certification/qualification in accordance with EN4179 Level 2 (or Level 3 if available) for some or all of UT, PT, ET, RT, MT.

•Experience performing in-service/manufacturing inspection, including inspection of metallic and composite components.
•Driving licence class B and ability to attain UK SC (Security Check) clearance.
