Job Summary

Support enterprise customers using the PI System by providing remote and on-site technical assistance through phone, email, and web channels. Complete onboarding and training to learn AVEVA products, customers, and how to help teams get value from their operations. Teach customers in public classes and support internal training, while collaborating with AVEVA departments to improve customer experience through technical troubleshooting and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete new hire orientation and training to learn products, customers, culture, and customer onboarding through hands-on experience
•Support customers remotely or on-site to help them manage operations and solve complex technical challenges
•Teach customers how to use the software as an instructor for public classes
•Assist in developing peers by serving as an internal instructor or job trainer for the PI System
•Build business acumen by communicating with customers and collaborating across AVEVA departments to improve customer experience

•Ability to learn and research in a dynamic environment
