Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete new hire orientation and training to learn products, customers, culture, and customer onboarding through hands-on experience
  • •Support customers remotely or on-site to help them manage operations and solve complex technical challenges
  • •Teach customers how to use the software as an instructor for public classes
  • •Assist in developing peers by serving as an internal instructor or job trainer for the PI System
  • •Build business acumen by communicating with customers and collaborating across AVEVA departments to improve customer experience

Key Requirements
