Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner cross-functionally to identify repetitive, judgment-light processes and evaluate high-impact automation and AI integration opportunities.
  • •Build and deploy AI-augmented workflows and agents using modern tooling such as Zapier, Claude, LLM APIs, and MCP servers.
  • •Redesign complex operational workflows to streamline handoffs, eliminate operational friction, and drive measurable efficiency gains.
  • •Develop reusable internal playbooks, documentation, and self-service templates to enable teams to sustain automated solutions.
  • •Instrument deployed solutions to track adoption rates, hours reclaimed, and cost savings, while monitoring risk and contributing to AI standards.

Key Requirements
