Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow the MMB FX book by developing and executing strategies that expand revenue and market share across existing and developing markets.
  • •Generate new business and revenue using spot, forwards, options, cross-currency swaps, and foreign currency accounts.
  • •Partner internally with Commercial Banking, Treasury Solutions, Capital Markets, and Global Markets to cross-sell solutions and coordinate across credit, legal, risk, and compliance.
  • •Deliver client-focused FX and cross-border payment solutions by understanding clients’ payment and risk strategies and providing market updates.
  • •Mentor junior talent by sharing market knowledge and best practices to strengthen the FX culture.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of successful FX sales/marketing experience driving revenue and cross-border payment activity across industries.
  • •Strong command of the FX wallet for MMB clients, including spot, forwards, options, cross-currency swaps, foreign currency accounts, and cross-border payments.
  • •Working knowledge of credit, cash management/treasury, and Dodd-Frank as they relate to FX solutions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (MBA and/or CFA preferred).
  • •Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel-based financial modeling, and PowerPoint.
