Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the sales team to understand pursuit opportunity insights and engage in customer interactions aligned to Emerson strategic objectives.
  • •Interpret customer specifications and challenges, tailor proposals accordingly, and participate in pre- and post-sales clarification meetings.
  • •Work with Operations on proposal strategies together with teams such as Project Management, Engineering, and Procurement.
  • •Create competitive proposals by optimizing solutions and ensuring multi-location, multi-million proposal effectiveness.
  • •Ensure full compliance with legal and company requirements, including trade compliance, ethics, and corporate governance rules.

Key Requirements

  • •Become well-versed in company products, solutions, and competition strategies to improve proposal effectiveness.
  • •Have knowledge of gas measurement technologies/products and applications suitability, including CEMS and Steam/Water Analysis (SWAS).
  • •Develop P&ID and GA drawings and apply sample handling system knowledge for proposals.
  • •Good working knowledge of relevant standards such as RP555, NFPA496, ISO, US-EPA, ASME-PTC, and other industry standards.
  • •Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills, plus risk assessment and good MS Office (Word, Excel) skills.
