Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure transactions are processed within SLAs and in compliance to controls.
  • •Streamline processes and controls while de-risking operations and enhancing client experience.
  • •Mitigate financial crime risk by applying required controls in the transactional workflow.
  • •Support RF operations leadership with day-to-day management and execution of services agenda, including supervisory oversight.
  • •Investigate operational issues/events, perform root-cause analysis, manage closure of actions, and independently drive UAT and key projects.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in transaction banking, with preferred exposure to cross-border transactions.
  • •Strong understanding of trade products, including receivables finance and supply chain finance services.
  • •Demonstrated interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • •Strong understanding and appreciation of the operational risk framework and controls in transactional workflows.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business or related area; proficiency in English for business communications.
