Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver client solutions through referrals and recommendations of investment and insurance products based on client conversations.
  • •Manage and document client relationships by gathering and recording client data and using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
  • •Build and maintain referral pipeline relationships with internal and external centers of influence; prospect with a disciplined approach.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the teller line as needed.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience (required); bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales/service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions with an objection-handling mindset.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word/Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
