Own the definition, governance, target-setting, and continuous improvement of Kraft Heinz’s core manufacturing KPIs—Yield, Productivity, and OEE—across the business. Build a consistent approach to KPI ownership and “one source of truth” reporting through dashboard development, governance routines, and loss/cost insight generation. Lead AOP/3YP processes and a Champion program to deliver both short- and long-term savings through operational excellence initiatives.
