Senior SRE Engineer

Join the platform engineering team to build and operate Encord’s core infrastructure with a focus on performance, reliability, and observability. Own SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, incident response, and blameless postmortems, while partnering with backend and ML engineers to improve CI/CD and infrastructure changes. Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS, manage Kubernetes at petabyte scale, and instrument services with tracing, logs, and metrics using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Datadog.
