Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily and weekly execution of service standards, clinical protocols, and treatment outcomes to ensure consistent, high-quality client experience.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing team by setting measurable goals, coaching in real time, and fostering an accountable culture aligned with SEV values.
  • •Drive business performance by exceeding GAAP and Cash revenue budgets, managing package/membership conversion, trial conversion, and rebooking rates.
  • •Optimize operations by managing labor and inventory, scheduling staff and providers to improve room utilization and productivity metrics.
  • •Oversee compliance and administrative operations, resolve escalated client concerns, and maintain accurate reporting across key performance metrics.
