Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter transportation and inventory data accurately and on time, including vehicle information and locations.
  • •Coordinate movement of vehicles to and from Vehicle Logistics Centers, including dispatching loads and completing paperwork.
  • •Respond to email, phone, and walk-in inquiries from internal teams, customers, and subcontractors.
  • •May assist with posting transportation and related charges to customer accounts.
  • •Serve as a liaison for Lead Drivers when dispatcher/supervisor is not available and investigate discrepancies.
