Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive remediation efforts across global travel portfolios, with primary focus on the UK market.
  • •Conduct deep-dive analysis of individual client and portfolio performance to identify deterioration causes.
  • •Collaborate with Pricing to ensure tariff and non-tariff books perform as expected and implement targeted adjustments.
  • •Work with Portfolio Monitoring and Actuarial teams to identify underperforming segments and define remediation plans.
  • •Ensure underwriting actions are aligned with Allianz standards and AzP Underwriting Guidelines, supporting planning through margin analysis and forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional experience in insurance data analysis, pricing, or performance monitoring.
  • •Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • •Being a qualified actuary (e.g., FIA, FSA or equivalent) or CPA (or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • •Hands-on experience with MS SQL (or equivalent database technologies).
  • •Experience using insurance performance monitoring tools and strong reporting skills, especially Power BI.
