Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver a BIM Implementation strategy for complex international projects.
  • •Establish and administer the CDE and support efficient management of multi-stakeholder projects.
  • •Coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership.
  • •Create and maintain project industry framework documents such as BEP, MIDP, MPDT, and appendices.
  • •Oversee smart object content, templates, and libraries; deploy Autodesk Content Catalog onto projects; and administer digital quality assurance with model checks and KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • •6+ years of BIM and Digital Delivery experience, including a formal multidiscipline BIM Manager/Coordinator role on Buildings projects.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of the ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards.
  • •Experience managing and delivering project information for multidisciplinary Buildings projects with geographically dispersed teams.
  • •Experience delivering BIM data using Revit and/or Civil 3D, and administering a Common Data Environment (e.g., ACC).
