The Operations Associate supports store profitability and efficiency by working with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate and complete tasks, drive inventory accuracy, support shipment/receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth, high-standards store operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and minimize shrink.
•Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
•Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
•Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests.
