Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver employability skills to cohorts via face-to-face workshops, online platforms, and remote systems.
  • •Lead group sessions, workshops, and one-to-one support as required.
  • •Complete formative diagnostics to ensure learners are on track to gain employment.
  • •Work with Employment Coaches to design individual development plans and provide CEIAG.
  • •Contribute to learning materials and collaborate with the Restart team to deliver the skills portfolio and support programme marketing.

Salary: GBP 32,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a minimum Level 3 teaching or employability qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET, or equivalent).
  • •Have experience delivering employability programmes or adult education training.
  • •Demonstrate strong knowledge of face-to-face and online teaching methods.
  • •Have relevant industry experience in welfare to work.
  • •Be able to motivate unemployed participants with empathy, clarity, and care (Enhanced DBS required).
