Provide a world-class customer experience in the service center by greeting clients, answering phones, directing inquiries, and coordinating appointment scheduling based on capacity and priority. Manage open service tasks and due bills with proactive customer follow-up, maintain accurate records in the system, and handle loaner/ride arrangements. Prepare work orders, support vehicle check-in with intake and photo capture, and assist with facility service requests and valet duties as needed.
