Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with emerging product teams across Product, Technology, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Data & AI Governance, Client Services, and regional groups from early concept through launch.
  • •Lead structured product risk reviews for new products, pilots, feature changes, partnerships, and market launches, including risk acceptance, control assessment, and escalation decisions.
  • •Document material risks, mitigations, accountable owners, decision points, and post-launch monitoring expectations.
  • •Lead or support Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), including scoping, risk identification, control design, issues, remediation plans, and effectiveness checks.
  • •Maintain forward-looking risk and control views using risk indicators and ensure timely follow-through on mitigation actions.
