Senior Production Operator

Oversee and perform safe, efficient manufacturing and production activities for agricultural herbicide products at the Calgary plant. Lead production operations for campaign changeovers, troubleshoot equipment and process failures, and manage preventive maintenance planning through SAP Plant Maintenance. Mentor and train junior operators, monitor production quality and throughput, coordinate with Maintenance/Engineering/Quality teams, and drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and ensure compliance.
