Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical authority for Signal Integrity across multiple programs and product lines.
  • •Define system-level SI architecture and strategy, including channel budgets, loss targets, and margin requirements.
  • •Lead end-to-end SI ownership from concept and architecture through design, validation, and production.
  • •Drive pre-layout and post-layout simulation methodologies and sign-off criteria across the organization.
  • •Develop and standardize design rules and best practices for PCB stack-up/materials, high-speed routing constraints, return path continuity/via design, and crosstalk/noise mitigation.

  • •10+ years of experience in signal integrity, high-speed design, or a related domain.
  • •Deep expertise in electromagnetic theory and transmission line behavior, high-speed digital system design, and channel modeling.
  • •Experience analyzing and optimizing multi-gigabit serial links.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex, high-speed systems to production.
  • •Expert proficiency with SI tools including Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS / SIwave, and Cadence Sigrity.
