Serve as a technical leader and subject-matter expert for signal integrity across advanced multi-gigabit platforms. Define SI strategy and system-level architecture, set channel budgets and loss targets, and take end-to-end ownership from concept through design, validation, and production. Lead simulation methodologies and sign-off criteria, standardize PCB and high-speed design rules, and mentor technologists to influence product direction and roadmaps.
