Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery pod. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready systems from day one, owning components end-to-end—from architecture and integration to validation and observability. Work with AI tooling (Cursor, Claude, and Salesforce coding products), build agent intelligence and data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, and ship performance dashboards and KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments.
•Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organizations, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and system integrations.
•Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice through deployed, validated, and observable production systems.
•Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, including modeling, shipping, and validating outputs.
•Create agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting, and contribute to proofs-of-concept/MVPs that move from sketch to deployable quickly.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system you can walk through, ideally in an AI tech stack or full-stack development.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with willingness to add more.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including debugging prompt failures and understanding data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
