Attender

Provide administrative and basic non-clinical support to the nursing team to keep the ward running smoothly. Maintain patient records and ward registers, update admission/discharge/transfer information, handle phone calls and relay messages, and prepare patient documentation while ensuring confidentiality. Support patient directions and coordination, assist with non-clinical tasks when needed, maintain cleanliness and ward supplies, and liaise between patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
