Job Summary

Drive year-over-year revenue growth for Reddit’s Pharma advertising business by owning and expanding relationships with agencies and direct clients. Build upfront and joint business plans, educate new partners on Reddit and its ads platform, and use internal/external data to shape strategies and pitches. Lead client meetings, serve as a primary point of contact for platform updates, and collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to exceed marketing goals while mentoring teammates.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners (agencies and direct clients) to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
•Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients and develop mutually beneficial relationships with new clients.
•Leverage internal and external data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
•Own client meetings end-to-end, setting expectations, identifying outcomes, and communicating clear next steps.
•Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals while shaping the ads product roadmap with client feedback and metrics.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in digital media with at least 7+ years of experience in sales; Pharma client experience preferred.
•Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations.
•Proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives.
•Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions.
•BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
