Job Summary

Support Invesco’s Americas compliance operations by assisting the Office of the CCO with regulatory filings, policy and procedure maintenance, and conflict of interest assessments for Invesco Canada Ltd. Conduct trade reviews and other compliance oversight, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and help deliver technology- and data-analysis-driven compliance initiatives, including surveillance and fund compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the ICL CCO with regulatory filings, keep policies and procedures current, and review conflicts of interest.
•Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to complete compliance requirements and requests.
•Perform trade review/analysis/oversight and other reviews to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
•Support development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures.
•Help with compliance initiatives involving technology, data analysis, surveillance, and coordination with the global compliance team.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience within the financial services industry (or equivalent course work).
•Knowledge of securities regulation in advisory compliance (mutual funds or institutional) preferred.

•Knowledge of both US and Canadian regulatory environments is preferred.
•Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and investment professionals; Bachelor’s degree required.
