Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and accurately submit state registrations, including expert handling of registration nuances and transfers.
  • •Follow up with customers on inaccuracies in applications to ensure rapid and correct submissions.
  • •Contact state agencies to resolve untimely correspondences or clarify evolving registration requirements.
  • •Work with the broader Entity Management team to create and optimize processes for new features and fulfillment streams by identifying gaps and needs.
  • •Support queue-based fulfillment as part of a team of ops analysts serving customers’ state employment compliance needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 hourly
