Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement the major giving strategy alongside the President to support institutional campaigns.
•Manage a portfolio of principal gift and sponsorship prospects.
•Direct the prospect management process and pipeline development for individuals and corporations.
•Collaborate with other GCU departments to fundraise across constituencies and initiatives.
•Support donor relations and engagement, including drafting communications and coordinating meetings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.

•Ability to leverage CRM and other software to identify prospects and manage donor processes.
•Master’s degree preferred.
