Key Responsibilities

  • •Use tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment.
  • •Maintain accurate paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Practice safe job practices and be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts; travel to customer job sites as required and help train lower-level technicians when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with extensive knowledge of construction equipment, schematics, and diagrams.
  • •Ability to travel weekly to support business needs and handle field mechanic duties when required.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; prior field service, maintenance, and repair experience preferred.
