Evaluate AI-assisted engineering tools to improve test generation and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and evolve scalable automation frameworks, reusable libraries, and enterprise-grade software solutions.
•Architect and integrate automation frameworks with software components and third-party libraries using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
•Drive Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) by establishing reusable Gherkin scenarios and framework standards.
•Develop framework observability through logging, analytics, performance monitoring, and engineering dashboards.
•Lead HIL integration and engineering test infrastructure, and conduct architecture/design/code reviews and complex technical investigations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
•8–12 years of experience in software development, software architecture, automation framework development, or related engineering disciplines.
•Strong object-oriented software design experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile software development, and technical leadership.
•Experience building and evolving scalable automation frameworks and reusable libraries for enterprise-grade software solutions.
•Preferably domain experience in MedTech, Automotive, Semiconductor, or Industrial Automation.
