Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and evolve scalable automation frameworks, reusable libraries, and enterprise-grade software solutions.
  • •Architect and integrate automation frameworks with software components and third-party libraries using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Drive Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) by establishing reusable Gherkin scenarios and framework standards.
  • •Develop framework observability through logging, analytics, performance monitoring, and engineering dashboards.
  • •Lead HIL integration and engineering test infrastructure, and conduct architecture/design/code reviews and complex technical investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
  • •8–12 years of experience in software development, software architecture, automation framework development, or related engineering disciplines.
  • •Strong object-oriented software design experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile software development, and technical leadership.
  • •Experience building and evolving scalable automation frameworks and reusable libraries for enterprise-grade software solutions.
  • •Preferably domain experience in MedTech, Automotive, Semiconductor, or Industrial Automation.
