  • •Drive analytics for Sales and client behavior by developing actionable insights, transforming complex behavioral data, and influencing business decisions.
  • •Lead GenAI analytics workstreams by building and operationalizing GenAI-enabled analytics solutions with defined success metrics, monitoring, and LLM-based feature generation on unstructured data.
  • •Build and evaluate scalable ML models using modern frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), focusing on performance, interpretability, and robustness.
  • •Lead and manage a team of data scientists while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders; present KPIs, progress, and results through executive-ready reporting and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering).
  • •2+ years of applying machine learning techniques to real-world business problems, including exposure to production ML and/or GenAI.
  • •High proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Hadoop and Spark is a plus.
  • •Experience with data querying and distributed analytics tools (e.g., Hive, PySpark, BigQuery) and working in a Big Data environment with structured and unstructured data.
  • •Demonstrated data visualization and reporting using tools such as matplotlib, seaborn, and Tableau, plus strong stakeholder communication at senior leadership level.
