Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary D&B execution lead on Product Inclusion pilots, translating community signals into documented product insights.
  • •Support Executive Sponsor Community execution, including preparing briefings, coordinating high-visibility engagements, tracking commitments, and enabling active intelligence and accountability.
  • •Lead Community Service program relaunch as DRI, including platform implementation/integration, standing up a global volunteer champion network, and building external partnerships.
  • •Own platform requirements and community health intelligence, including determining how engagement looks, where communities thrive or are at risk, and implications for program design.
  • •Build belonging measurement infrastructure: baseline metrics, design activation tracking, and deliver pull-based community health reporting in business terms.

Salary: USD 156,000 - 193,000 annually
