Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, install, inspect, maintain, and repair vehicle batteries.
  • •Use electrical test equipment to verify battery functionality and perform diagnostics for reuse.
  • •Disassemble cells, inspect for defects, replace faulty parts, and reassemble/fuse battery components as needed.
  • •Manage charging/discharge activities (connect chargers, monitor meters, adjust parameters, and conduct discharge tests).
  • •Follow safety protocols/PPE requirements and maintain timely, accurate updates in the Alfred CMMS database with maintenance/production data.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or an alternate combination such as additional education/certification or 5 years related experience.
