Key Responsibilities

  • •Review training materials and program effectiveness, then develop improvements.
  • •Develop and deliver in-person, web-based, and self-paced training programs with feedback loops to drive best practices.
  • •Train personnel in EAM (supply chain, inventory, time keeping, expense reporting, HR tasks) and related technical and safety topics.
  • •Work with operations management, plant personnel, accounting, supply chain, and EAM systems stakeholders to improve processes, procedures, and training across the fleet.
  • •Provide field coaching and support as a subject-matter resource, manage external professionals, and perform training at wind plants as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience with Oracle, SAP, or other mainstream EAM systems.
  • •Minimum 3 years delivering training in an energy production-related environment.
  • •Experience delivering instructor-led training using Microsoft PowerPoint and virtual learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
  • •Advanced skills with EAM systems, Microsoft Office, and data/reporting systems; ability to coach and develop technical personnel.
