Job Summary

Develop, deliver, and communicate in-store visual concepts to promote the brand and products. Train and coach store teams to perform merchant-based visual planning (VP) and manage daily, weekly, and seasonal VP tasks. Ensure brand identity through eye-catching displays, coordinate store layouts, lighting, signage, and fixtures, and collaborate with operations and brand teams to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

•Create eye-catching displays that reinforce brand identity and presentation standards in windows and in-store.
•Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards and coordinate store displays with brand guidelines and strategy.
•Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact; arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in-store layout guides.
•Take photographs of all merchandise display changes and use creative lighting for windows.
•Collaborate with operations and brand management to increase sales and participate in store pre-opening activities and market trend research.

Key Requirements

•Experience in visual merchandising and implementing brand guidelines in-store
•Ability to train and coach store teams on visual merchandising processes (VP)
•Ability to develop floor plans and store layouts to maximize visual impact
