Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chains) to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestones to prevent schedule slips; forecast and update key milestones.
  • •Verify project governance processes and systems are used; ensure best practice and approved design standards are applied correctly.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required, and monitor progress across multiple construction projects.
  • •Manage supplier interfaces through monthly trackers and weekly reviews; coordinate project information via regular meetings and written communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively.
  • •Effective presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
