Lead a multidisciplinary Software Test & Automation team building verification and validation capabilities for Hivemind autonomy. Partner with software engineering, systems engineering, platform integration, digital infrastructure, and flight test teams to integrate continuous testing into CI/CD and guide readiness assessments to executives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow the Software Test & Automation team supporting Expeditionary and Emerging Operations.
•Define V&V strategies across simulation, SIL, HIL, VIL, and operational test environments.
•Drive automated regression testing, validation frameworks, and test infrastructure to improve quality and velocity.
•Set software readiness standards, quality gates, and performance metrics and coordinate readiness activities across teams.
•Integrate automated validation into CI/CD pipelines and present readiness assessments, risks, and validation status to program leadership and executive stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 annually

•Partner with Digital Infrastructure to integrate automated validation into CI/CD pipelines and expand continuous testing capabilities.
