•Design agent intelligence, prompts, reasoning, and tool calls to shape how agents think and act.
•Support the full technical lifecycle: architect, build, debug, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
•Partner with clients to translate business challenges into agentic solutions and ensure tech meets real-world needs.
•Iterate, test, break, fix, and ship features with end-to-end ownership from day one.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
•AI native with experience in large language models and prompt engineering.
•Fluent in Spanish and English.
•Proficiency with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, and object-oriented programming; familiarity with Real-Time Infrastructure.
•Willingness to travel 25-50% and collaborate with customers to turn business challenges into agentic solutions.
