Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform as a Senior Architect on high-profile projects across public and private sector assignments.
  • •Prepare planning documents, conceptual and schematic designs, illustrations and graphics, construction details, construction documents, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
  • •Maintain conformance with building standards, established architectural practices, and applicable building codes.
  • •Lead technical coordination across disciplines, working with clients as required, and prepare detailed architectural designs, details, and specifications.
  • •Provide support to the Architectural Manager and assist in business development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in Architecture with six (6) years of relevant professional experience with complex buildings (science and technology, commercial, institutional, industrial, etc.).
  • •Must be a Licensed Architect with the OAA.
  • •Proficiency in Revit is a must.
  • •Thorough knowledge of building systems and construction detailing.
  • •Exceptional technical knowledge of building construction and the Ontario Building Code.
