Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify correct wiring and components for switchboard and panelboard products, following test procedures and component literature.
  • •Perform electrical testing using High-Pot, continuity testers, trip test kits, and other testing devices; confirm switches/circuit breakers function properly.
  • •Ensure production-floor wiring revisions are incorporated, documentation reflects the current revision, and old revisions are destroyed.
  • •Document inspections and nonconformances (critical quality records), communicate issues to production/front-end personnel, and verify required rework.
  • •Identify suspect product to prevent unintended use and serve as an informal trainer for production personnel.

Key Requirements
