Key Responsibilities

  • •Own monthly reconciliation of revenue, billing, and collections, including coordination with bookkeepers and customers
  • •Manage AR/AP operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections strategy
  • •Design and implement automated workflows for collections and expense tracking
  • •Select and implement AI tools to streamline various financial operations
  • •Develop and maintain department-level budgets, and provide insights and reports to executive stakeholders
