Job Summary

Assist the line maintenance team by providing comprehensive technical support to keep Dubai Metro rolling stock operating safely and reliably. Execute assigned technical tasks and follow approved procedures, standards, and safety practices. Perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, support inspections, technical cleaning, testing, fault finding, and rectification, and ensure accurate completion of maintenance records, checklists, and defect reports in the maintenance management system. Work across depots, workshops, and on-site locations on shift duties.

Key Responsibilities

•Support maintenance and operational objectives by executing assigned technical tasks accurately.
•Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance independently per maintenance manuals, work instructions, and safety procedures.
•Assist in inspections, technical cleaning, testing, fault finding, and rectification of rolling stock systems, equipment, and components.
•Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records, checklists, and defect reports in the maintenance management system.
•Comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental requirements while working in depots, workshops, and on-site locations.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•ITI or Diploma in electrical, electronics, mechanical or automobile engineering, or equivalent.
•Fresher or up to 1 year of technical experience.
•Basic understanding of technical systems, including simple component replacement and equipment technical cleaning.
•Ability to use simple/basic tools and measuring instruments correctly.
•Basic understanding of safety and housekeeping practices, including PPE requirements and safe working practices.
