Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive bottom-line responsibility for implementation and operational management of complex multiple stream programs for financial risk solutions.
  • •Own program outcomes including financials, technical solution, schedule, talent, and business results, with end-to-end governance of delivery tasks.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships and communication with global stakeholders, IT teams, and business areas.
  • •Drive research, proof of concepts, and design considerations; obtain stakeholder buy-in for implementation and provide advice on risks and alternatives.
  • •Mentor the team on delivery and technical/functional aspects; coordinate change request processes and support vendors for execution and enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • •15+ years of work experience on financial and non-financial risk platforms, GRC modules, and IRM implementation.
  • •Experience managing large transformation programs in financial risk, preferably GRC implementation on IRM.
  • •Strong understanding of financial and non-financial risk domain and agile ways of working.
  • •Hands-on experience on IRM ServiceNow integrations and the ability to manage complex program risk and stakeholder communications.
