Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and 4 or more years of experience in the agricultural or crop insurance industry.
  • •Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) certification must be obtained within 180 days of the hire date.
  • •Live within 50 miles of the assigned North Dakota locations.
  • •Have personal transportation and be able to travel within the assigned territory and as needed outside of it.
  • •Meet RCIS Crop Adjuster physical requirements, including walking in agricultural fields, climbing storage bins, lifting 25–50 lbs, and working outdoors in varying weather.
