Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of Corporate Banking clients and drive acquisition of new customers for the International Mid Markets segment. You’ll develop client-relationship strategies, structure credit facilities within prudent banking bounds, and support referrals to other product partners aligned to risk appetite. Partner with HSBC stakeholders, maintain accurate deal/customer information in Group systems, and build market presence through networks and thought leadership across the Sydney market.

•Develop strategies to manage client relationships, anticipate client needs, and deliver high-quality service aligned to HSBC’s risk appetite.
•Grow sustainable revenues by acquiring new Corporate Banking customers, including international client acquisition locally and across the HSBC network.
•Structure credit facilities to balance customer and HSBC interests within prudent banking limits.
•Maintain knowledge of external factors affecting international business and proactively identify and mitigate non-financial risks.
•Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of deal and customer information on relevant Group systems and build a network to promote HSBC, including thought leadership content.
