Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the city IT operations strategy for smart infrastructure readiness.
  • •Lead service operations across a complex smart city or large-scale infrastructure environment.
  • •Oversee incident and problem management while strengthening service governance.
  • •Shape and apply operating models that support effective smart city operations.
  • •Coordinate with city leadership, developers, contractors, utility providers, and ICT/operations teams to align delivery and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, telecommunications, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
  • •Extensive leadership experience leading ICT operations for a smart city, large real estate development, or other complex infrastructure environment.
  • •Proven experience leading service operations, including incident and problem management and service governance.
