Project Manager - Construction

Lead corporate real estate and capital improvement projects as an owner’s representative across the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. Serve as the primary client contact, manage multiple concurrent capital projects, and drive planning activities including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors; maintain budgets and schedules; manage risk, change control, and deliverable reviews to ensure successful scope, cost, quality, and milestone outcomes.
