Partner with Revenue Tech, Customer Success, and Ops to translate business goals into technical requirements, design advanced automations, govern data integrity, and advise leadership on prioritization for a high-agency role in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Roadmap Execution: translate business objectives into technical requirements and act as project liaison and lead analyst with urgency.
•Orchestration: design advanced automations to accelerate post-sales lifecycles and drive efficiency across business units.
•Data & Agentic processes: leverage applications and AI agents to automate lifecycle practices, ensuring high-value interactions.
•Cross-Functional Partnership: liaison between Customer Success, User Operations, RevOps, and GTM Systems to optimize user experience and prioritization.
•Systems Governance: manage data integrity, deduplication, data models, and process flows to maintain scalability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,000 - 246,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-8 years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst; consulting or high-growth tech company background required.
•Background in consulting or a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
•AI expertise with portfolio of AI first principles and experience demonstrating micro-apps on AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Lovable, n8n, Replit).
•Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and design scalable solutions.
•Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and drive projects from inception to hypercare.
