Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct wastewater sampling, monitoring, inspections, and data collection for wastewater treatment systems and monitoring equipment.
  • •Review analytical data to assess compliance status, identify trends, and investigate permit exceedances and abnormal discharge conditions.
  • •Prepare permit-required reports, compliance certifications, technical evaluations, and regulatory communications.
  • •Lead or support investigations of compliance events (permit exceedances, bypasses, spills, upsets) and develop/track corrective actions and pollution prevention measures.
  • •Support permit renewals/modifications, regulatory inspections, and audits while partnering with regulatory agencies such as the City of Boise Pretreatment Program.
