Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain all aviation ground support equipment (GSE) in a serviceable condition.
  • •Collaborate with the warehouse government representative to ensure GSE items are maintained per applicable logistics support systems.
  • •Apply thorough knowledge of GSE, aircraft, and ground safety procedures during maintenance activities.
  • •Use maintenance/technical manuals, basic tools, special tools, and test equipment to perform required work.
  • •Ensure fuel, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and gas/diesel internal combustion engine systems are properly maintained.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain GSE using full knowledge of fuel, hydraulic, electrical, mechanical systems, and gas/diesel internal combustion engines.
  • •Perform maintenance according to GSE/aircraft and ground safety procedures, applicable maintenance/technical manuals, and required tools/test equipment.
  • •Read, write, and interpret instructions, technical manuals, and directives in English; follow and administer verbal and written instructions.
  • •Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical movements and postures associated with hangar/flight line activities.
  • •Must meet government/company licensing/qualification requirements; requires a valid state driver’s license and an active clearance (or ability to obtain), with US citizenship.
