Key Responsibilities

  • •Break down complicated systems into individual pieces to improve productivity
  • •Visualize improvement opportunities and convert into processes that meet aerospace quality standards
  • •With assistance from the Engineering Manager, determine justification, develop project schedules and identify opportunities and risks; develop risk mitigation strategies
  • •Prepare technical specifications and other documents that can be used to procure technical services and products or work instructions
  • •Responsible for projects and/or multiple tasks within functional discipline contributing to the team

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of experience in chemicals, engineering, manufacturing operations, materials management, or related environment OR a Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • •Familiar with mechanical design, pneumatics/hydraulic, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and heat transfer
  • •Demonstrated understanding of statistics process control and data analytics
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
