Job Summary

Senior Asset Management Consultant responsible for delivering asset management transformation projects for infrastructure clients across multiple sectors. Lead and collaborate with US/global teams, perform data analytics and financial modeling, develop asset management artefacts, and support business development while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver asset management transformation projects end-to-end, including consultancy, training, and data/information projects.
•Collaborate with US/global teams to manage the complete lifecycle of asset management projects from sourcing to project closure.
•Consult with clients to improve asset management capabilities and deliver high-quality outputs.
•Manage project delivery to meet timelines and budgets in line with governance requirements; develop monthly progress reports.
•Identify opportunities for business development, support bids, write proposals, and develop client presentations.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, urban planning, or related fields.
•Minimum of six years of experience performing similar work with or on behalf of an infrastructure organization
•Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analytics and whole lifecycle cost analysis
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VBA, etc.)
•Ability to work autonomously and under minimal direction from project teams to develop high-quality deliverables
