Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct property risk control surveys and develop property underwriting reports for a variety of occupancies
  • •Assemble COPE (Construction, Occupancy, Protection and Exposure) data and related brokerage submission information
  • •Review and analyze data to determine natural catastrophe exposure at client locations using online tools and FEMA/NIFP guidelines
  • •Coordinate vendor RFPs and manage vendor relationships to support risk surveys and assessments
  • •Travel 40-50% of the time within the U.S. to perform field surveys and client meetings

Key Requirements
