Key Responsibilities

•Conduct property risk control surveys and develop property underwriting reports for a variety of occupancies
•Assemble COPE (Construction, Occupancy, Protection and Exposure) data and related brokerage submission information
•Review and analyze data to determine natural catastrophe exposure at client locations using online tools and FEMA/NIFP guidelines
•Coordinate vendor RFPs and manage vendor relationships to support risk surveys and assessments
•Travel 40-50% of the time within the U.S. to perform field surveys and client meetings

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
•3 to 10 years of Highly Protected Risk (HPR) property experience with knowledge of NFPA and FM Global standards
•Proficient in managing client, carrier, and insurance brokerage relationships (excellent communication skills)
•Ability to work from home and travel 40-50% in the U.S.
•Strong ability to explain property risk management concepts to clients and internal teams
